Scott Brown - President

Scott Brown is one of the founding partners of Summit Riser Systems.  Scott has over 13 years of experience representing both the real estate community as well as the telecomm community in regards to telecomm infrastructure issues.

T. Michael Basciano - Chief Operating Officer

Mike Basciano is one of the founding partners of Summit Riser Systems.  Mike learned his trade in the military and has over 15 years of experience with the telco and data cabling industry.

Brian Nixon - Director of Real Estate Services

Summit’s Real Estate Services Group is led by Brian Nixon.  Mr. Nixon has more than 12 years experience in telecommunications, rooftop and building access agreement negotiations and network deployment.  Prior to joining the Summit Team, Brian worked for Equity Office Properties managing rooftop installations and telecommunication access agreements in over 400 properties.
